We offer all Relo employee equity in the business after a year of working with us so you can share being part of our growing company and building something special. 

Flexibility

The working world has changed massively over the last ten years and we have embraced that change. Relo is built around flexibility and as such: 

• We do not have working hours. As long as the job is done, we don’t mind when you do it.
• We do not have a dedicated place you HAVE to work from. We want our employees to be able to work from where they feel most productive either from our office, a coffee shop or in their PJs in bed.
• We offer over 40 days of holiday a year so ensure our employees get plenty of time off to enjoy life a bit. 

Creative Freedom

At Relo we actively encourage creative expression and imagination from our employees. We are constantly asking team members to run experiments to come up with new ways of doing things or new products we can incorporate into our service. Innovation is the key to Relo realising its vision and always being one step ahead of our competition, therefore we want our employees’ minds to run wild to create the ideas we actively seek. Employees who come up with new ideas and innovations are given the responsibility to bring their ideas to reality and are rewarded accordingly!

A Dynamic Team

Relo has a dynamic team and culture unseen in any local business around the West Midlands. Our team love working at Relo (well they say they do) and we have built a unique culture and loyalty between team members. 

We have regular team socials, you can usually find us in the pub. We ALWAYS have a fully stocked beer fridge on a Friday afternoon!
